Boilers Repair and Service
Coke formation on tube inner surface is common in this kind of boilers. It can be avoided by doing regular de-coking. Reducing of coke deposition will increase the boiler efficiency as well as reduce hard firing. As a result of coke formation, the tubes can be blocked completely after a certain period, and tube leaking can also be noted due to overheating and cracking.
